From this site comes the 2023 Shiraz, hand-picked, fermented in small batches, and aged for 12 months in American barriques to develop richness, depth, and a layered structure.

In the glass, this Shiraz displays opaque purple-black hues with concentrated aromas of blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, and espresso. The palate is smooth yet powerful, with waves of dark fruit complemented by subtle oak, pepper, and chocolate, while firm tannins provide structure and length through a persistent, complex finish.
