The Zuber Estate Heathcote Shiraz 2021 is a powerful expression of one of Australia’s most celebrated Shiraz regions. Founded by visionary winemaker Albino Zuber, the estate’s vines, planted more than fifty years ago in Heathcote’s ancient red soils, continue to produce fruit of remarkable concentration and purity. The region’s deep soils retain water naturally, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop the richness and depth that define Heathcote Shiraz. In the glass, the wine displays a deep ruby-purple hue, with aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry and dark plum complemented by black pepper, vanilla and subtle oak spice.

Matured for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak, the palate is full-bodied yet refined, with layers of dark fruit, fine tannins and beautifully integrated oak. A long, velvety and savoury finish brings together both power and elegance. Awarded 95 Points and a Gold Medal by Wine Showcase Magazine, the 2021 vintage reflects the quality of the Heathcote growing season and Zuber Estate’s long-standing commitment to craftsmanship.
